The UPSEN UJC96E is a tracked mobile jaw crusher built for continuous duty in quarrying, concrete recycling and demolition work. Its rated output is 60-150 t/h, fed from a 3 m3 hopper and taking material up to 425 mm at the inlet.
The unit travels as one load on a low-bed trailer — 11600×2200×2550 mm and 19,000 kg — and is driven by Cummins QSB4.5-129 kW / 160 HP (EURO Stage 3) or Cummins QSB3.8-129 kW / 160 HP (EURO Stage V), so no site power supply is needed. Steel tracks let the operator reposition the plant as the working face advances.
When specifying a tracked mobile jaw crusher, always match the throughput of the crusher with the downstream screening and stockpiling equipment, and check the maximum feed size against the material you actually run. An oversized inlet wastes fuel; an undersized one causes bridging and blocked jaws.
