A mobile screener turns mixed feed into clean, saleable fractions on site — and it is the machine that closes the loop after any crusher or shredder. UPSEN builds three families of tracked screeners: vibrating aggregate screens (UYK series) for precise 2-3 deck sizing, heavy-duty scalpers (UZS series) for stripping fines and oversize from contaminated feed, and trommel screens (UTS series) for topsoil, compost and sticky material.

Which Screener Type Do You Need?

All three UPSEN families are tracked and remote-controlled — the difference is how they size material. Match the technology to your feed and your spec.

Vibrating Aggregate Screens (UYK)

Vibrating multi-deck screens with 2-3 deck options for precise, high-volume aggregate sizing — the standard finish for crushed stone, sand and gravel. Best when product quality and accurate cut points are the spec.

Heavy-Duty Scalpers (UZS / UYK221)

High-torque screen decks built to strip dirt, fines and undersize from contaminated feed — demolition rubble, overburden, recycled aggregate. The front-end machine that keeps crushers and screens downstream clean.

Trommel Screens (UTS)

Rotating drum screens that handle sticky, high-moisture and organic material without blinding — the standard tool for topsoil, compost, mulch and green waste. Gentle on material and simple to operate.

How many decks do UPSEN screeners have?

The vibrating aggregate screens are available with 2-3 deck configurations depending on model, letting you produce multiple fractions in one pass. Screen media can be selected for your cut points.

Trommel or vibrating screen — which is better?

For clean aggregate with precise cut points, a vibrating screen (UYK) is the standard. For sticky, wet or organic material such as topsoil and compost, a trommel (UTS) resists blinding and keeps production steady. Send us your material and we will recommend one.

Why do you state capacity in both t/h and m³/h?

Different models are rated on the material family they are built for — scalpers in tonnes per hour and aggregate/trommel units in cubic metres per hour. Actual throughput depends on feed density, moisture and cut size; our engineers confirm the figure for your material before you order.

Can a screener work with my crusher?

Yes — screening is the standard finishing step after crushing and shredding. Feed the crusher output to a UYK or UZS screener to produce sized fractions and return oversize to the crusher, closing the circuit on site. See our crusher range for pairing options.

How are UPSEN screeners transported between sites?

All models are self-propelled tracked units weighing from about 5 to 22 tons — they travel by standard flat-rack or trailer and move around the site under their own tracks with wireless remote control.
