The UPSEN UFS750 is a tracked mobile shredder built for continuous duty in quarrying, concrete recycling and demolition work. Its rated output is 20-150 t/h, fed from a 4.0 m3 hopper and taking material up to 750 mm at the inlet.
The unit travels as one load on a low-bed trailer — 8.5 m and 12 tons — and is driven by Electric 110 kW, so no site power supply is needed. Steel tracks let the operator reposition the plant as the working face advances.
When specifying a tracked mobile shredder, always match the throughput of the crusher with the downstream screening and stockpiling equipment, and check the maximum feed size against the material you actually run. An oversized inlet wastes fuel; an undersized one causes bridging and blocked jaws.
