The UPSEN UTS50 is a mobile trommel screener built for continuous duty in quarrying, concrete recycling and demolition work. Its rated output is 60-100 t/h, fed from a 2200×3400 mm hopper and taking material up to — at the inlet.
The unit travels as one load on a low-bed trailer — 9.1×2.9×3.5 m and 15,000 kg — and is driven by YANMAR 55 kW/73 HP, so no site power supply is needed. Steel tracks let the operator reposition the plant as the working face advances.
When specifying a mobile trommel screener, always match the throughput of the crusher with the downstream screening and stockpiling equipment, and check the maximum feed size against the material you actually run. An oversized inlet wastes fuel; an undersized one causes bridging and blocked jaws.
