The UPSEN UZS1230 is a mobile scalping screener built for continuous duty in quarrying, concrete recycling and demolition work. Its rated output is 80-200 t/h, fed from a 3 m3 hopper and taking material up to — at the inlet.
The unit travels as one load on a low-bed trailer — 9.9×2.25×2.55 m and 12,500 kg — and is driven by YANMAR 35.5 kW/48 HP EPA4/Stage5 (or Kubota 43 kW/58 HP), so no site power supply is needed. Steel tracks let the operator reposition the plant as the working face advances.
