The UPSEN UTS2255 is a mobile trommel screener built for continuous duty in quarrying, concrete recycling and demolition work. Its rated output is 100-300 m3/h, fed from a 2200×5000 mm hopper and taking material up to — at the inlet.
The unit travels as one load on a low-bed trailer — 11500×3700×4100 mm and 25,000 kg — and is driven by 91 kW/125 HP, so no site power supply is needed. Steel tracks let the operator reposition the plant as the working face advances.
When specifying a mobile trommel screener, always match the throughput of the crusher with the downstream screening and stockpiling equipment, and check the maximum feed size against the material you actually run. An oversized inlet wastes fuel; an undersized one causes bridging and blocked jaws.
